Natalie is a genuine, respectful, and compassionate clinical psychologist with over adecade of experience supporting adults facing emotional and psychological challenges. With experience across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, medical settings,and private practice, she can effectively provide mental healthcare to thosepresenting with a variety of issues.
Natalie has particular interest and expertise in supporting adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and simple and complex trauma. She also has a specialty within cancer,where she works concurrently alongside private practice.
Adopting a client-centred approach, she integrates evidence-based models to provide tailored treatment for each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical BehaviourTherapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to her work with clients, Natalie is also a Board Approved Supervisor for candidates in a Higher Degree Program and those completing the Registrar Program within Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about supporting emerging mental health professionals through their training.
Dr James Morandini is the clinic director, and provides a rangepsychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. Heprovides specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management ofchildhood and adolescent gender dysphoria. He also providesassessment and diagnosis for gender dysphoria in adults and canprovide WPATH medical letters where appropriate. James also has afocus on matters of sexual orientation, including overcoming shame,relationship difficulties, and exploring identity confusion. Morebroadly James utilises CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy in treatingmood and anxiety issues, as well as personality disorders.
