Katy is a curious, patient, and warm clinical psychologist. She is invested in supporting her clients to learn more about themselves and develop effective tools for a rich and meaningful life. Katy enjoys taking a collaborative and flexible approach, drawing from various therapeutic styles, such as acceptance commitment therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, to meet her client's individual needs.

Katy is interested in working with adults with concerns around gender and sexuality, emotion dysregulation, post-traumatic stress and complex trauma-related issues, relationship concerns, ADHD, as well as anxiety and mood-related issues. She completed her undergraduate degree at Macquarie University and her master's degree at the University of Technology Sydney. She is also a keen researcher with published work and is interested in exploring research relating to gender, sexuality, and sexual functioning in future.

Dr James Morandini
Clinic Director

Dr James Morandini is the clinic director, and provides a rangepsychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. Heprovides specialist assessment, diagnosis, and management ofchildhood and adolescent gender dysphoria. He also providesassessment and diagnosis for gender dysphoria in adults and canprovide WPATH medical letters where appropriate. James also has afocus on matters of sexual orientation, including overcoming shame,relationship difficulties, and exploring identity confusion. Morebroadly James utilises CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy in treatingmood and anxiety issues, as well as personality disorders.
